Goal: Over 30 sessions, students age 6–8 will gradually experience and practice leadership, communication, presentation, critical thinking, and simple AI literacy (in conceptual form). Each session is a mini‑case study that includes:
- Teacher Explanation / Framing — what the teacher introduces, definitions, prompts, and scaffolding (so students can reach answers themselves).
- Case Story — the scenario the students explore or role‑play.
- Solution / Model Guidance — what a “good leadership / communication / presentation / thinking / AI idea” looks like in this scenario, and possible paths students might take.
The teacher acts as a guide: drawing out student ideas, asking questions, summarizing, modeling good statements, not simply lecturing.
Each session uses the same approximate time structure:
- Introduction / Warm-up (5–8 min) — teacher frames theme (listening, presenting, fairness, planning, etc.).
- Read & Discuss the Case (5 min) — teacher reads case, students clarify understanding.
- Guided Questions & Small Group Exploration (10–15 min) — teacher asks guiding questions, students discuss in pairs or small groups.
- Whole Class Sharing / Role‑play (10 min) — students present their ideas or act parts.
- Wrap‑up & Reflection + Link to AI / Real life (5 min) — teacher leads reflection and connects to everyday life or conceptual AI helper.
