A hands-on 6-week program where you and I set up AI assistants that take over the routine parts of internal auditing — risk assessment, working papers, controls testing, issue tracking and reporting. You review everything and stay in control.
Every cycle you repeat the same work: building the risk assessment, planning engagements, drafting audit programs, documenting working papers, testing controls, chasing owners on open issues, and writing up for the audit committee. We automate the routine part — together, step by step, on your own computer.
There are no certificates and no theory. At the end you have tools that run, that you have tested yourself, and you will have measured exactly how many hours they save you. You stay the auditor — the AI is the assistant.
A risk assessment that updates from your inputs, an audit universe, a risk-based annual plan, engagement scoping, and draft audit programs built from your objectives and risks.
Working-paper templates, walkthrough write-ups, controls testing (design and operating effectiveness), sample selections, and exception reports that show their totals so you can tie them back.
In week one we pick the task that wastes most of your time. We build a tool for exactly that and test it until it works — that is my written commitment to you.
You log your hours in week one and measure again at the end. You will see, in hours, exactly what the program was worth.
Issue tracking, a follow-up register for open recommendations, and draft summaries for the audit committee. A check-up call after one month, two help-hours within 90 days, and a monthly group call for three months.
You do not need to be. You work in plain language — English or Arabic — with no programming. If you can use email and Excel, you can do this. One short session teaches you everything technical, slowly.
For the first three weeks we use practice data only — nothing real. The very first tool we build removes names and identifying details from any file. Real data enters only afterwards, only with that protection in place, and only if your organisation policy allows it.
Never blindly — and the program is built on that. Every tool shows its workings so you can review them. At one point I hide a set of control exceptions in a test file, and your tool must catch nearly all of them before you use it on real work. You stay the auditor; the judgement is yours.
Group sessions, one private hour with me, and your own practice time.
How Claude works, the safety rules, and your data anonymizer. We choose your personal tool together.
The skill of asking AI well, plus the technical session taught slowly. Risk assessment, the audit universe, risk-based planning and engagement scoping.
Audit programs, working papers, controls testing, sampling and exception reports — and the hidden-exceptions test that earns your trust in the tools.
We define your tool and what “done” means, get it running, then prove it catches the hidden exceptions.
Issue tracking, the follow-up register, audit-committee summaries — and your tool first careful run on real, protected data.
You run your tool live, we measure the hours you have saved, and the three months of follow-up support begin.
You will also need a paid Claude subscription (billed directly by the software provider) and a Windows or Mac computer. I will help you set everything up before week one.
We talk about your audit function and which task we would automate for you. If it is not a fit, I will tell you honestly.
With the registration form and payment. Six seats, first come.
I help you install everything in a private call, so day one is spent building — not installing.
